While not certain how we missed this, back on June 15, 2017 the US Open was underway at Erin Hills in Erin, Wisconsin. After a teeing off, a fan in the normally hushed crowd decided to announce that the McRib was back.

While not at accurate statement for this time of year, we commend this fan on their efforts to show support for the McRib. Perhaps this was Jonathon Kehoe, who in 2010 purchased a McRib meal and won the top Monopoly prize at a store just 35 miles from this event.
