The above menus will allow you to select a NCEP Model Forecast to compare. If you selected the Eta 00Z under the 850 menu, you would see a lapse of the most recent model outputs for the 00Z time of the most recent date.

After looking at a product, select the top selection (Ex. after viewing the 850mb "GFS 12Z", select "850mb: Select a time...".)
